Almost every good match between a customer and a company starts with that sentence. Usually it ends there too. On leadu it does not: if your recommendation becomes a signed contract, part of that contract is yours, and you receive it as a gift card for the shop you prefer. The bigger the job, the bigger the reward. Signing up is free and commits you to nothing.
leadu currently works in Sardinia, Italy: the companies on the platform fit windows and doors and install renewable energy systems, and we are adding more, in other trades as well.
How it works
Three steps, and the second one is not up to you.

You recommend someone
Do you know someone who needs new windows or a solar system? Enter their name, town and phone number, and pick the job. You choose the company yourself among those on leadu, or you let the platform find one. Then you are the one who sends the person the ready made message: if they open it and say yes, the company may call them. If they say nothing, it ends there.

The company negotiates and closes
From here you do nothing. The company talks to the customer, quotes the job and carries the deal. You only see how far along it is.

The contract is signed, you get paid
Once the contract is signed and the company has paid, the reward is yours. You find it in your wallet and choose where to spend it: Amazon, Esselunga, Decathlon and other shops. It is not instant, because the company has to pay first: when the gift card is ready you get a notification.
If you find it easier, once you have signed up you can also send a recommendation from WhatsApp: you record a voice message and an automated assistant writes it up for you. You open the chat with the assistant from your profile.
If you invite someone, their work counts too
You can invite other people to recommend: when one of them brings in a signed contract, a share reaches you as well, and it is not taken from them. Their share stays exactly the same, yours comes out of the platform's, and the company pays the same commission. It works for one level only, meaning the people you invite yourself. You do not earn by signing people up: you earn only when a real job is signed.
The person you recommend decides
You are not passing on a friend's number behind their back: the person receives a message, reads it and decides whether to be called. If they say no, or never reply, nothing happens and no company contacts them. Their details are seen only by the company you recommended, never by other members.
How the money works
The reward becomes yours once the company has paid its commission, not before: your wallet always shows what is already available and what is still pending. When it is available, you pick the shop and redeem the gift card.

Do I have to sell anything?
No. You tell someone you know about a company that does that job well, and from there on the company handles it. You do not write quotes, you do not chase anyone, you have nothing to do with the price.

Does it cost me anything?
No. Signing up is free, there is nothing to buy and there are no fees. If you recommend one single person in a year, that is fine too.

Who sees the details of the person I recommend?
Only the company you recommended to them, and only after they have given consent. Other members never see them.

When do I get the reward?
Once the contract is signed and the company has paid its commission. Until then the amount sits in your wallet as pending, and you can see it.

What if the customer does not reply, or does not sign?
Nothing happens. You have spent nothing and you owe nothing to anyone: the reward exists only where a contract is signed.
For businesses
The people who reach you are not numbers bought from a list: they are people someone knows, who have already said yes to being called by you. You pay a commission on the net amount only when the contract is actually signed: until it is, leadu costs you nothing. No subscription, and no packs of contacts to buy up front.
What you receive
The person's name, their contact details, the job they need and the area. Consent to be contacted has already been given, with date and time on record: you are not cold calling.
No duplicates
The same customer cannot be recommended twice for the same job: the system blocks the second recommendation, so you never pay twice for the same contact.
How you pay
Every closed contract becomes a line on a statement you receive and can dispute before it is invoiced. No surprises at the end of the month.
